What time is check-in and check-out?
You can check-in from 3pm onwards and check-out is by 12noon.
If you require the room and it is available and ready you may check-in from 2pm.
If you need to leave your room later than 12noon check with our reception, depending on how long you require the room for, we may be able to comply, but possibly with an additional charge.
Is it possible to connect to the Internet in the hotel?
In Los Jandalos Vistahermosa Hotel, Apartments and Spa, you can surf the internet various ways; a free wifi connection is available in the hotel (please ask at reception for the password), and there is also an ADSL line in all our rooms and apartments (if you require a cable this is available from reception for a 5.00€ deposit, refundable on return).
Finally we have an Internet Point, where a laptop computer is available for use as no extra charge.

Does the Hotel cater for Celiacs?
In Los Jandalos Hotels we’re very aware of the difficulties faced by celiacs when they travel, and for this reason and because we want everyone to travel with ease, we commit to a promise of quality as a collective group. You only need to inform the hotel prior to your stay that you are a celiac; we will take responsibility of the rest.
Are you diabetic or do you suffer from high blood pressure?
In Los Jandalos Hotels we prepare food especially for diabetics and those with high blood pressure. You only need to inform the hotel prior to your stay that you are diabetic, or of your dietary requirements and we’ll be sure to be prepared for your arrival.
Are pets allowed in the hotel or apartments?
No, unfortunately we cannot allow animals inside the hotel, in hotel grounds or in the apartments or apartment area. However we can assist you in finding a nearby kennels for your pets.
We do however allow guide dogs in the establishment.
Does the Hotel have a Spa? Is use of the Spa included in the cost of the room?
The Centre of Hydrotherapy Spa is no longer available at Los Jandalos Vistahermosa Hotel and Apartments. We de have available the HEATED POOL open throughout the year.
Do the apartments have fully equipped kitchens?
* Our Family and 2 Bedroom Apartments have an Americana style kitchen bar equipped with ceramic hob for two pans, coffee maker, microwave, a small fridge, washing machine and cooking utensils.
* Our One Bedroom Apartments include a small kitchenette, small electric oven, coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, washing machine and cooking utensils. In all our apartments the hotel provides a cleaning service.
Premium hotel rooms do not have a kitchen.
What golfing facilities and services does the hotel offer? Is it possible to book stays which include green fees?
Yes, the Hotel offers stays with green fees for Vistahermosa Golf Club included.

Does the Hotel have private parking?
Yes, we have outdoor and underground (max. height 2.1m) private parking available. Both have limited availability and the cost is 8.00€ per vehicle (incl. Motorbikes or scooters) per day.
Is there a taxi rank near to the Hotel?
Request your taxi directly from the Hotel reception and we will call on your behalf. The closest taxi rank to the Hotel is 80m away, at the Vistahermosa shopping centre.
How far is the Hotel from the closest airport?
Jerez-La Parra (code IATA:XRY, code OACI:LEJR) is situated in the northeast of Jerez de la Frontera, 8km from the city centre and 24km from El Puerto de Santa Maria.
How can I pay?
Payment is made on departure. If you prefer to pre-pay for your stay you can do so with credit card (we accept Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Dinners and Maestro) or by bank transfer.

Is it necessary to provide my credit card details in order to make a reservation?
Yes, in order to guarantee your reservation we require your credit card number and its date of expiry.
Please note, we will not realise any charge to this card (only in cases of cancellation as pointed in our cancellation policy).
